URAC Aquatic Centre
Welcome to the URAC Aquatic Centre! Located on the University of Wollongong campus grounds, our 50 metre outdoor pool has 8 lanes and is heated to 28 degrees all-year-round.
The pool area has a beautiful leafy setting with Mount Keira as a back drop. The URAC pool is a great place to swim, relax or participate in other programs and water sports.
Our facilities include family, female & male change rooms and locker and equipment hire.
There are many programs on offer at the pool, including Learn to Swim, School Swimming Programs, Aqua Jogging, Swim for Fitness and Waterpolo. The University Swim Club also runs Race nights every Friday in summer.

Customers can attend the pool using a variety of payment methods.
Customers with 6 and 12 Month Gold Memberships have the cost of admission included.
Outside of Gold Passes there are many multi-visit passes to the pool available at discounted rates.

To be considered for pool bookings, please fill out the Booking Details Report form and return it to the Bookings Administrator via email: urac-swimschool@uow.edu.au or via Fax: 02 4228 9233.

Equipment hire:
There are many items for hire at the pool including: Mats, tubes, flippers, kick boards, pull bouys, paddles and aqua jogging belts ($2.00). Please see the lifeguard on duty for access to these items.
