| New 2010 Timetable |
The new Group X Timetable starts on Monday 22nd February 2010. A copy can be downloaded here. |
URAC's 2nd Monster Fitness Class |
- Saturday 29th August 9:30am – 11am.
- 7 instructors PUMPED for fun and fitness.
- A gold coin donation to participate in the class, all funds raised go to The Cancer Council.
- Everyone is welcome, great prizes to be won, healthy choice morning tea after all the hard work.

As you may have noticed we have new BodyPUMP weights, they are a little heavier. If you are unsure of which weights to use, ask your instructor to help with your weight selection.
