Run, Walk, X-Trainer, Row or Cycle as you gaze out over the Wollongong escarpment and Mt Keira. This incredible view helps you keep motivated as you use our Life Fitness cardio machines, featuring the latest in interactive technology.
	Our equipment feature 7 inch” consoles, which has iPod connectivity and the ability to save your workout on a USB stick! Great to track your progress!

Resistance Training Area

Utilise our resistance training area and specific Circuit Area for beginners to tone and strengthen! Whatever your goal, our Trainers can help you get there faster!
